About Nat20Crafts – we help you Forge. Paint. Play. Our EU-based shop specializes in handcrafted miniatures, custom terrain, and tabletop accessories for all kinds of tabletop games, from roleplaying games like Dungeons & Dragons to wargames like Warhammer, Trench Crusade, and more. Every piece we create is designed to bring your tabletop adventures to life.
RUTH MERIDJEN
While my creative origin story started with working as a visual effects artist in movies and TV shows, I discovered the nerdy corner of the world when I rolled my first D20 in 2017. My character’s name was Gae’al, and she was a Goliath Paladin who rolled three Nat 1s in a fight with skeleton children.
Fast-forward to 2021, when I began my journey as a craftswoman, making terrain pieces for my Dungeons & Dragons games and learning how to build worlds out of foam and scrap material.
This path led me to discover my passion for handcrafting and painting items for fantasy and sci-fi games. In 2024, I added miniature painting and Warhammer to my hobbies, and today you will find me spending multiple hours every day either crafting or painting, in the company of my better half and our four dogs. My goal is to make our nerdy hobbies the most welcoming and open spaces, where everyone can build, paint, and play to their heart’s desire.

By day, I wrangle pixels and deadlines in the visual effects industry, helping bring stories to life on the big screen. By night (and, let’s be honest, most weekends), I’m a master nerd—all about D&D campaigns, fantasy worlds, and sci-fi adventures that make reality feel a little less ordinary.
A book nerd at heart, I hoard novels like a dragon hoards gold. My shelves overflow with fantasy epics, sci-fi classics, and obscure indie gems, and I’m always ready to press a favorite into your hands.
When I’m not lost in a book or rolling dice, you’ll find me elbow-deep in a crafting project. As part of Nat20Crafts, I help coordinate the magic behind the scenes, from social media to scheduling and helping build some of the crafts in the shop. Whether it’s painting miniatures, building book nooks, or attempting to construct my own Millennium Falcon, I believe in making geekdom accessible, welcoming, and full of creativity.
