Bring your miniatures, terrain, and dioramas to life with our custom commission service!
We believe in collaboration, working closely with you to ensure your vision is realized exactly as you imagine. Every great project starts with a conversation, so reach out to discuss your ideas, share your references, or ask any questions.
The more details you provide—reference images, color swatches, or even just a description—the better we can tailor our work to your needs.
Once we’ve discussed your project, you’ll receive a clear, transparent breakdown of costs, including materials and time allocation.
WHAT WE OFFER
MINIATURES
- Purchase & Assembly: We can source and assemble your miniatures (e.g., Warhammer)—just let us know in advance, and a deposit will secure your order.
- Color & Complexity: We’ll discuss your preferred color scheme and the level of detail you’re after. Is this a display piece or tabletop-ready? Does it need to match an existing army?
- Basing: From simple grass tufts and sand to custom resin bases, we’ll tailor the base to your vision.
- Assessment & Proposal: Based on the size and complexity of your model (whether it’s a heroic monster or a squad of space marines), we’ll provide a detailed time and cost estimate in the form of an invoice before we start.
- Mockup & Approval: Before we begin, you’ll receive a digital mockup of your miniature with colors applied, so you can approve the look. If the mockup is to your satisfaction, we require a 50% deposit to begin the painting process.
- Work-in-Progress Updates: Once painting starts, we’ll send you a WIP photo before adding final details, ensuring everything is on track.
- Final Touches: Your miniature is completed and ready for action! We will send you a final picture and upon reception of the remainder of the commission fee, your miniature is on the way to you!
TERRAIN & DIORAMAS
- Initial Consultation: Share your ideas and any reference images you have. If you’re unsure, we’ll research and propose a few styles for you to choose from.
- Sketch & Dimensions: We’ll provide a rough sketch with dimensions for your approval.
- Assessment & Proposal: After finalizing the design, you’ll receive a detailed time and cost estimate as an invoice. We require a 50% deposit to begin the process.
- Work-in-Progress Updates: Once construction is complete, we’ll send a WIP photo to ensure the piece is developing as you envisioned.
- Final Touches: We’ll finish with painting, detailing, and decor, delivering a ready-to-display masterpiece. We will send you a final picture and upon reception of the remainder of the commission fee, your custom craft will be shipped out.
