WITHDRAWL POLICY

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

Upon withdrawal, all payments made by you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), will be reimbursed without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You may be required to return the goods at your own cost, unless the seller has agreed to bear the cost.

The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all packaging intact.

4. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life.
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Digital content that has been downloaded or accessed after explicit consent to waive the right of withdrawal.
